This is a long overdue and great initiative that will bring about unity and reconciliation among Rwandans. I hope with the power of God that this will work out for the best that it is. However if I take a pessimistic view, there are so may Genocide deniers, double-genocide theory promoters and power hungry cynics who are bound to derail the intentions of this noble project.I hope one day we will see ourselves as Rwandans and not worry about how "ugly” or "beautiful” we are, the shape of our noses, height, colour and size of what have you.Nobody should think that they were created the way they are by mistake. We should believe that we are all beautiful creations of God. We are Rwandans and true Africans for that matter.Racism of any kind is a shame and we, Rwandans, should steer clear of it.John Muriba, Kigali
