THE VICE PRESIDENT of the Rwanda Football federation Raoul Gisanura Ngenzi was elected for a second term on the Cecafa executive committee in Nairobi yesterday.Other members elected include; former Fufa president Lawrence Mulindwa (Uganda), Tariq Atta (Sudan) and Abdigaani Saed Arab (Somalia).Mulindwa takes the place of Sahilu Wolde (Ethiopia) who was not reelected. Cecafa is headed by the former Tanzania football Association chairman Loedegar Tenga.When contacted by Times Sport, Gisanura expressed his delight at winning a second two-year term which he says is an indication of trust.He said, "I am happy to be re-elected and I hope to work together with the other members to develop football in our region but particularly (on my side) in Rwanda.”
