Rwandan R&B singer King James has encouraged his fans and Rwandans to support Patrick Nyamitari, who is on the chopping block in the Tusker Academy.Nyamitari is representing Rwanda in the ongoing Tusker Project Fame (TPF 6), East African reality-singing competition taking place in Nairobi, Kenya.The Primus Guma Guma season two winner said Nyamitari is a talented singer, who deserves the chance to win the competition."I cannot forget that I owe my fans and Rwandans all that I have achieved and their daily support. I also urge them to support our brother Nyamitari, who is in the TPF to stay in the competition,” said King James. Nyamitari was put on probation last Sunday (for the first time), after failing to impress the Judges in the rendition of ‘Khona’ by South African band Mafikizolo.Rwanda was initially represented by three contestants, Patrick Nyamitari, Phionah Mbabazi and Jolis Peace, who was evicted on the opening night of show.
